pottery

i took my first ceramics class in february 2024, and have been practicing on-and-off ever since. i've probably taken about three months of classes in total.

crochet

i saw this tamagotchi-shaped pouch on instagram and thought "omg i have to make that." so i learned how to crochet in january 2025.

to date, i have completed:

• a tamagotchi-shaped pouch
• a mini snoopy
• a miffy keychain
• two filet crochet granny squares with a bunny pattern
• i'm currently attempting to turn these into a tote bag, but it's taking all of my brain cells

3d

i signed up to contribute to the MAGICAL zine in august 2025. i really wanted to learn something new for my piece, so i decided to make it in blender, a 3d modeling software.

so far, i have made the following things in 3d:

• my crochet miffy doll
• my mimitchi plush
• my jade rabbit pendant that my mom got as a gift when i was born
• myself as a mii, using mii maker by joey carlino

sometimes i randomly get the urge to draw stuff. such as:

• my favorite houseplant (a bear paw succulent)
• a water rabbit for lunar new year in 2023
• christmas cards that i sent to my friends in 2023 and 2024

graphic design

i am not any good at graphic design, but sometimes i make things that require graphic design. such as:

• an invitation to my birthday party
• an invitation + a custom menu for my friend cathy's party
